Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Monitor Load List: Ensure the load list is accurate and up-to-date.
- Verify Cargo Information: Confirm that MSC cargo is on the load list and loaded correctly.
- Cleanse Load List: Remove bookings with missing documentation, cut-offs, and/or no shows.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and communicate discrepancies between internal systems and terminal systems.
- Update Schedules: Investigate and communicate vessel schedule changes to internal and external parties.
