The Content Coordinator will play a crucial role in our content creation and management process. They will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and improving the content across various platforms to ensure it meets our company's standards and objectives. A keen eye for detail and strong organization and analytical skills will be required to maintain high-quality content standards within the company
Key Responsibilities
- Content Validation: validate content based on SOPs and guidelines as set forth by the Content Manager.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content, ensuring it aligns with best practices and industry standards.
- Content Strategy: Support Content Manager to develop and implement effective content strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Analysis: Review and analyze content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Data Interpretation: Interpret data and analytics to identify content performance trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of content to ensure it meets quality standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with overall brand messaging and objectives.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports on content performance and provide insights to inform future content initiatives.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Experience as a Content Analyst, Content Strategist, or similar role (preferred)
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) (preferred).
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (preferred).
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics, HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
