Title : Dynamics CRM Technical Lead(Hands on development experience is a must)
Duration : 6 months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location : Houston, TX(Onsite from Day 1,No flexibility for Remote / Hybrid)
Primary Skill Set : D365 CE Customer Service, Field Service
Secondary Skill Set : Power Automate Flow, Azure Web Apps, D365 custom development with C#
Brief Summary of Role :
As a Dynamics Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform . This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM 2015 / 2016.
- 3 years of Field Service, Customer Service
- Good PowerApps Experience
- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client's business processes.
- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
- Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
- Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
- Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
- Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
