Duration : 6 months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location : Houston TX(Onsite from Day 1)
Primary Skill Set : D365 CE Customer Service Field Service
Secondary Skill Set : Power Automate Flow Azure Web Apps D365 custom development with C#
Brief Summary of Role :
As a Dynamics Tech Lead you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform . This includes coding unit testing building applications and creating modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct handson implementation configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM 2015 / 2016.
- 3 years of Field Service Customer Service
- Good PowerApps Experience
- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the clients business processes.
- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
- Perform requirements gathering Business Process Analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized complex solutions architecture and implementation.
- Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
- Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
- Adapt to different enduser learning styles when training gathering requirements etc.
- Create documentation for clients including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements design training process engineering etc.
