Compensation & Benefits: 25-30 per hour depending on experience

Role Overview
Work with the internal/external borrowers either through correspondence, tasks or mail. Provide excellent verbal or written instructions to the borrowers to complete their request.
Essential Duties: In addition to related job duties as assigned, this position will:
• Monitoring SCRA activities, makes requests for additional information via phone or written request
• Complete various tasks and ensure work is completed by expected completion date.
• Issues payoff request upon receipt of completed written requests
• Updates Mortgage Servicing Platform with assumption information
• Updates Mortgage Servicing Platform with ACH requests to successfully draft borrowers monthly payment.
• Updates Mortgage Servicing Platform with loan modification data approved by Loss Mitigation
• Establishes P224 payee header for disbursing checks throughout servicing.
• Updates social security numbers from W-9 submissions, validating the authenticity.
• Works with buydown schedules and builder incentives for borrowers.
• Calculates ARM changes and validates the index.
• Issues balloon notifications.
• Responding to partial release requests
• Sending documents to borrowers and Loan Officers that are requested
• Possess in-depth knowledge of specific loan products, such as Adjustable Rate Mortgages, Buydowns, Step Rates or modifications.
• Stay current on industry regulations and updates related to special loan activities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation for processes.
• Ensure all documentation is placed in File Hold.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Communicate with borrowers to clarify information, request additional documents, and provide updates on the status of the request.
• Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting, compliance and call center, to address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with call center and default operations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the process of updating Mortgage Servicing Platform.
• Escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mortgage servicing, with BKI/ICE Mortgage Services Platform. Minimum 2 years MSP experience.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements and GSE rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
Physical Requirements
• Stationary position; prolonged periods at a desk and working on the computer.
• Occasional movement about inside the office to walk to offices and office machinery.
• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
