• Lead the development and implementation of SQF Certified Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain the integrity and development of HACCP facilities, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Develop and implement Quality Control procedures, continually improving Quality Assurance and systems for production efficiency.
• Manage food certifications (e.g., Kosher, Gluten-Free, Organic) and act as the primary contact during audits.
• Ensure up-to-date food safety technical documents for raw material vendors, ingredients, and packaging, and create/update documents for annual food safety procedures and SQF audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality management systems and drive continuous improvement.
