We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to build and oversee a best-in-class quality management system for our company.
Your primary responsibilities will include implementing a quality system, standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions.

- Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Including managing a calibration, machine maintenance schedule.
- Ensure that products adhere to quality standards
- Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Work according to deadlines for the delivery of products
- Train and manage production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Track products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Evaluate production and supplier goods for any defects or deviations
- Establish and maintain a CAPA system to manage corrective actions/preventative action as set industry competitive metrics.
- Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Eliminate products that are not up to standards and identify the reason for product problems.
- Interact with customers, regulatory bodies and suppliers to address any quality concerns or complaints
- Experience building and managing a Quality Management System.
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities and changes in procedures
Quality Expertise:
- Deep understanding of quality management, including test methods, supplier quality, and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement a strong quality management system aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with high-performing teams.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present operational information to various stakeholders including the board, employees, and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Proven experience as a quality manager or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Experience in reporting on key quality metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis/statistical methods
- Certification of quality control (ISO 9001 etc.) is a strong advantage
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
- BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field; certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
