What you will DO:
- Support the Sales team with all related to sales activities to improve efficiency and grow sales revenue.
- Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting.
- Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams.
- Follow up on weekly backorder list and review with order processing team.
- Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns.
- Perform other job duties as manager assigned.
- Associate Arts/Science degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- 3 years of sales, customer service experience with Bachelor’s degree, OR
- 5 years of relevant working experience with Associate Arts/Science degree.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task
- Works well as individual and with sales teams
