Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of seven years' experience in HR. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
A strong understanding of Labor law and HR best practices is essential, as well as competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
