MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Communications Coordinator to support our growing business in Burnsville, MN.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders for supplies from internal and external clients while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The successful candidate will exhibit attention to detail in processing orders, returns on internal and external systems; maintain call, email volume with a focus on minimal hold time rates.
Core Responsibilities:
MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Communications Coordinator to support our growing business in Burnsville, MN.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders for supplies from internal and external clients while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The successful candidate will exhibit attention to detail in processing orders, returns on internal and external systems; maintain call, email volume with a focus on minimal hold time rates.
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming calls and emails.
- Communicate the Auto Toner Shipment program to internal and external clients.
- Process Drop Ship orders, RMA’s and submit returns on vendor websites.
- Strive to exceed team goals in: Live calls, average talk time on live calls, % of Productivity, supply orders placed per day, service error rates, supply error rates and phone audits.
- Maintain team goals for Hold Time and Grade of Service.
- Maintain and update accurate account information.
- Process standard reports.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross training to support other departments as needed.
- Act as a back up to the inventory clerk in terms of cycle counts, pick/packing/ship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft office products MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Prior Customer service experience.
- Ability to participate in our After-Hours Service Program if needed.
- Able to travel to all Metro Sales locations and Customer locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent typing & Ten-key skills.
- Exhibit excellent Communication, organizational and prioritization skills.

Typical first year Expectations DOE: $19.00-$20.00 performance-based bonus.
