Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Calibration Technician or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of metrology equipment and calibration processes
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits and customer support. At least 25% will be overnight travel
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
