Outside Sales Specialist - Southern Florida Territory

This is a high-potential territory with significant room for growth, and we're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, develop new business, and take their earnings to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Own Your Territory: Take a progressive sales approach to manage and grow accounts across Southern Florida
• Promote Excellence: Represent our full range of precision gaging, capital equipment, calibration, inspection, and repair services
• Build Relationships: Prospect, engage, and convert opportunities into new business, utilizing a consultative sales approach
• Maximize Revenue: Generate new sales from existing accounts while upselling and cross-selling to expand client relationships
• Plan Strategically: Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales and business managers
• Stay Organized: Manage your sales pipeline and forecast effectively using CRM tools
• Travel with Purpose: Spend significant time traveling within the territory, with occasional overnight stays to meet client needs
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience in an industrial environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Understanding of capital equipment, manufacturing, and engineering processes (experience in precision metrology is a plus!)
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a results-driven attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
  
  

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Base Salary: Around $60,000 aggressive commission structure
• First Year Potential Total Compensation: $80,000-$85,000
• Second Year Potential: $100,000-$120,000 with hard work and growth
• Third Year Potential: $150,000 as you establish the territory
