Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations:
- Assist in general warehouse activities, including organizing, maintaining, and cleaning workspaces.
- Support shipping and receiving functions by handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Serve as a backup for warehouse staff in shipping, receiving, and delivery tasks, including driving as needed.
- Prep gages for calibration
- Review completed sales orders to verify accuracy before packaging and preparation for shipment
- Ensure all outgoing orders are properly packed and labeled according to company standards.
- Facilitate face-to-face interactions with customers during order pickups and drop-offs.
- Provide a professional and helpful experience to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Perform various administrative duties, including processing paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving duties are necessary).
