Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in business development. You will work closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities
  • Lead Generation: Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to build strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and contracts
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead conversion rates and sales metrics
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and identify potential partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Interest in Sales and Marketing: Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the business development field
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required
