Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems accurately
- Maintain detailed documentation of client issues and solutions
- Follow systematic processes to uphold quality and accuracy standards
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise to provide specialized support
