Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems accurately
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client issues and solutions
  • Follow systematic processes to uphold quality and accuracy standards
  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise to provide specialized support
