We provide both fully managed IT services and supplemental support for clients with internal IT staff. We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide advanced technical support for a school district client. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, particularly in the K-12 or Education environment. This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for school district staff and students.
Manage onboarding/offboarding and account setup/deactivation.
Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Coordinate IT schedules, assignments, and projects.
Train and support end-users in technology proficiency.
Assist with cybersecurity and system audits.
Ensure compliance with IT standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience in a K-12 or Education environment
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft365, and Active Directory.
Advanced troubleshooting skills and management for Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, desktops, AV equipment, video conferencing solutions, and classroom technology.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools and IT service
Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
HR Information:
Full-time position
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience
