We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Technician to join our dynamic team of IT professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.
Provide remote and on-site IT support as needed.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
Communicate with customers as necessary to gather information and provide updates.
Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows devices (Mac experience is a plus!).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration.
Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
