Description
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 5 years of experience in accounting or technical business analysis.
- Expertise in accounting, P&L, balance sheet analysis, and configuring treatments for products like fixed income, equity, repo, and tri-party.
- Experience building and implementing accounting engines and subledger solutions (e.g., Oracle OFSAA, Aptitude AAH, SAP Accounting Rules Engine).
- Strong understanding of technical systems and business processes, with experience using Broadridge (BPSA, IMPACT A) and S&P Global (WSO, ClearPar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies, greenfield projects, and SQL for data analysis.
