Data Governance Analyst
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our Kansas City, MO team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and ensuring the quality of HR master data, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and implement data governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the quality of HR master data.
- Define key data elements and collaborate with IT on data build, test, and implementation.
- Curate and catalog HR data elements.
- Implement role-based data security.
- Create and maintain documentation, including data lineage and flow diagrams.
- Support data governance program strategies and project plans.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
Required:
- Proficiency with Oracle Human Resources, Immuta, Alation, and Databricks.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
