IT Services Administrator Consultant
MSR Technology Group has an immediate need for a skilled IT Services Consultant to join our client’s team and play a critical role in supporting IT systems across several sites. This is a contract role that can last up to 3 months with the possibility of converting to full-time. Onsite work in York, PA is required. This is an immediate need.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor and resolve IT issues to enhance user satisfaction.
- Function as the escalation point for complex problems.
- Ensure the deployment and functionality of corporate applications.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Streamline IT service processes and maintain documentation.
- Share best practices and collaborate with peers.
- Provide technical support for local hardware and network devices.
- Ensure high availability of IT systems.
- Manage the lifecycle of local IT services.
- Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for call and escalation management.
- Champion continuous service improvement.
- Support IT user relocations and senior executives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in computer science and 4 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office Suite, Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint).
- Skilled in IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, scanners, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive work approach.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Collaborative team player.
- Reliable and trustworthy with occasional travel (up to 10%).
