We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide part-time support for our client. This role requires a committed individual to adhere to the work schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the IT ticket system for tracking IT demand
• Run checklists, review open tickets, and engage proactively with users to prevent issues
• Provide eyes and hands support as directed by our service providers
• Perform tasks under the supervision of our North American (NAM) Service Delivery Manager
• Change backup tapes
• Prepare documentation and general topology maps of IT systems
• Collaborate closely with other IT On-Site Services NAM team members
• Install and configure new computers
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory (AD), Windows Deployment
• Familiarity with Dell Computers
