We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist with 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis, CGMP documentation, and Packaging Equipment Validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior staff to support Packaging Equipment Commissioning, Qualification (C&Q), Characterization, and Validation projects.
Gather user requirements and translate them into actionable technical documentation for execution by third-party vendors.
Conduct engineering studies and assessments for packaging system installations, offering design recommendations to optimize existing systems.
Perform field evaluations on the manufacturing floor, directly supporting packaging line operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Working Environment:
This role is primarily based on the manufacturing floor, directly supporting the packaging line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2 years in pharmaceutical packaging.
