Rapidly expanding aerospace machine shop has immediate opening for an experienced Customer Support Representative. Facilitates the flow of information between customer and company. Troubleshoots delivery issues. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing and production control to accomplish timely release of jobs into production in order to meet customer delivery requirements.
Duties
Develop and produce relevant metrics.
Conduct regular meetings with customer in person/virtual or conference call
Anticipate and resolve fullfillment conflicts
Aggregate and summarize pertinent data for communication to Sr. Management
Qualifications
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
Requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems
Advanced Excel ability
Manufacturing experienced required, preferably aerospace
Minimum 3 years manufacturing customer support experience
