Human Resources Specialist
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Assistant where you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR functions and a strong understanding of employment labor law, employee evaluation, training development, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR sourcing, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience or education in Human Resources or related field.
- Familiarity with HR software systems.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
