WE ARE SEEKING: An Office and Shop Groundskeeper/ Grounds Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:
-Encompasses responsibilities for maintaining outdoor grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, generalized upkeep of the property, while also performing basic building maintenance tasks like minor repairs, cleaning, and ensuring overall upkeep of the office and large equipment shops, often requiring the use of various power tools and hand tools depending on the specific needs of the site.
-Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance functions
-Knowledge of safety precautions
-Ability to operate hand and power tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and chain saws
-Ability to read and prepare correspondence, reports, and work orders
-Communicate to direct supervisor on updates of the property
-Drive and pick up parts in various different States.
Requirements:
-Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience with a track record of staying organized
-Valid drivers license
-Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
-We are open to either part time or full time
