Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and presentation. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Plan and execute menus for daily meals, banquets, and special events
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of kitchen management principles, including inventory control and cost management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
