We are committed to creating a consistent and enduring effort to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion for our team, guests, and community through respecting and celebrating all backgrounds and perspectives while addressing barriers through a collaboration of efforts with leadership, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) consultants, and our DEI Committee. Opportunities exist for our team to engage in training, educational resources, and focus work; connecting our mission of enriching lives to meaningful and purposeful work. We recognize that growing the culture and influencing the industry is a significant effort, it requires everyone’s engagement, collaboration, and voice. We invite all our team members to be part of improving the culture in whatever capacity they can.
At Mt. Hood Meadows, we pride ourselves on being a helpful culture. The Meadows Learning Center is seeking Program Leads who enjoy working on a team and helping where needed to ensure enriching experiences for all guests enjoying ski and snowboard program lessons.
