MLC Administrative Lead

Position Overview  This position is responsible for assisting with Meadows Learning Center administrative functions including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, timesheet auditing, and administrative tasks.   This is a Part-Time, Seasonal Position   Qualifications & Experience  Ability to maintain professionalism in all aspects of verbal and written communication Excellent phone etiquette Able to research and gather information quickly Exceptional Excel skills, Word, Outlook, and accurate data entry Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks, handle interruptions while meeting deadlines A beginning understanding of financial safeguards and controls Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously Detail oriented and accurate Ability to work without supervision Availability to work mid-week, weekends and/or holidays during the winter operating season Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations Reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
