This position is responsible for assisting with Meadows Learning Center administrative functions including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, timesheet auditing, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all aspects of verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Able to research and gather information quickly
- Exceptional Excel skills, Word, Outlook, and accurate data entry
- Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks, handle interruptions while meeting deadlines
- A beginning understanding of financial safeguards and controls
- Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to work without supervision
- Availability to work mid-week, weekends and/or holidays during the winter operating season
- Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
- Reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in snow sports or resort experience preferred
- Starting Wage: $19.25 per hour
