What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ski & Snowboard School Private and Adaptive Lesson Supervisor position at Mt. Hood Meadows?

We have one of the largest snowsports schools in the Northwest Region with 15 Ed Staff, Examiners and Technical Team Members on our roster.
The Private & Adaptive Lesson Supervisor is responsible for oversight and support of the Private and Adaptive Lesson Coordination from following up with guest lesson requests via phone and email, scheduling instructors and supervising the Private and Adaptive Lesson on-snow operations. The Private and Adaptive Lesson Supervisor will also work closely with the Communications Supervisor and Guest Services supervisor team as needed regarding these lesson products.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously.
Commit to work weekends and holidays during the operations season
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a supervisor or leadership position
1 year experience in a guest service or administrative role
1 year of experience working as an instructor in a Snowsports school
PSIA-AASI Level I or higher Certification
Proficiency with RTP or similar POS experience
Proficient with web-based applications like Google Drive, WordPress CMS, Dayforce, etc.
Experience with training documentation or building a knowledgebase.
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $22.16
