The Vehicle Shop Team Member's main duties involve performing preventative maintenance on the vehicles and equipment; checking fuel, fluids, and systems and fueling vehicles, adding fluids, and grease to the vehicle equipment as needed. Additional responsibilities include tracking and recording the service and status of the routine maintenance and assisting the Vehicle Mechanics with diagnostic and repair problems.

- Must be at least 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes
- Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
- Must be able to perform work in severe weather conditions
- Must exhibit good mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to safely operate and move equipment around the shop
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter operations season
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of seasonal business
