Description
The Terrain Park main function is to create and maintain Terrain Park Features and surroundings, that include features that support rider progression and provide on hill entertainment to a wide variety of Skiing/Snowboarding skill levels while delivering a level of customer service that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet and provide superior guest service at all times.
- Inspect, shape and test Terrain Park Features
- Maintain Terrain park Features raking, shoveling and chipping ice off of features.
- Using hand tools to replace top sheets and skirting on Features. (Drills, Grinder, skill saw ETC...)
- Properly document and record daily inspections and fix needed work daily.
- Set up area fencing and signage as assigned. To include entrances and exits for the Terrain Parks.
- Educate guest on proper use and etiquette of the Terrain Parks if improper use of features is seen.
- Organize and maintain a clean working environment.
- Snow removal/add snow around Terrain Park Features daily.
- Work closely with multiple departments. Lifts, Patrol, etc.
- Help out in other areas as needed.
- Must be 18 Years Old.
- Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
- Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Able to read and write English.
- Able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Able to lift 50 lbs over your head.
- Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be able to work Holidays and weekends which may include evenings and nights
