- Respond promptly and professionally to group inquiries via phone, email, and online request forms.
- Determine group needs, including travel dates, number of guests, room blocks, and applicable ticket discounts.
- Prepare customized quotes and proposals for various group types.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Park Operations, to ensure smooth group experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of group activity, bookings, and communications in internal systems.
- Monitor payments, deposits, and account balances; follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with group check-ins and provide on-site support as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the group’s visit.
- Meet or exceed group sales goals and performance expectations.
- Stay up to date on current promotions, park offerings, hotel packages, and pricing changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus.
