What You’ll Do: Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner Conduct buyer and seller consultations Guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process Provide expert advice based on your knowledge of the local market Use our CRM and systems to stay organized and on track Build lasting relationships that drive future referrals
What We’re Looking For: A current Wisconsin real estate license Strong communication and time management skills A self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn Comfort with technology and CRM platforms A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow
Nice to Have (but not required): Previous sales or customer service experience Familiarity with the local real estate market
