We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Business Services located at our campus in Temecula, CA that will serve our campuses District-wide. The Vice President of Business Services is responsible to the Superintendent/President for the quality and effectiveness of Business Services provided to the District. The incumbent provides leadership and supervision in the following areas: budgeting and fiscal operations; facilities, including custodial, grounds, maintenance, new construction, facility planning and facilities use; and inter-agency contracts.
This is an administrative position, exempt from overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, with responsibility for formulation and recommendation of District policies, regulations and budget decisions related to the area of responsibility.
Initial placement on the salary schedule will be commensurate with education and experience, along with a car and cell phone allowance stipends. This is a 12-month administrative position with day and evening assignments. Classified administrators serve under contract and make contributions toward PERS or STRS (a retirement plan). Benefit package includes comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, life insurance, sick leave, and 22 days of vacation per year. Administrators serve District-wide and may be assigned to the San Jacinto Campus, the Menifee Valley Campus, the Temecula Valley Campus, or any District facility. Additional openings that become available prior to the end of the hiring process may also be filled from the qualified applicants.
