Client Care Advocate:

Mt Tabor Veterinary Care is a unique and privately-owned clinic in the heart of the Belmont district. Our Client Care Advocates rotate between 4 different roles, providing variety on a day-to-day basis and the opportunity to grow diverse skills. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love of people and an understanding of the joy pets bring to their families’ lives. Qualified applicants will bring impeccable written and verbal communication skills, a mastery of phone etiquette, and fluency in team dynamics. Experience in veterinary reception or animal care is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service both on the phone and in person
  • Facilitate room flow from check in to check out, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both clients and their pets
  • Utilize multiple software platforms to update patient accounts, schedule appointments, and document client correspondence
  • Support teammates, demonstrating personal accountability and adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize various duties
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding care and a smooth work flow
  • Efficiently handle high call, text, and email volume
  • Maintain a calm and respectful demeanor under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
