Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our team in a full-time role. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the well-being of their pets. The ideal candidate will be organized and efficient, and possess experience working in a veterinary practice, enabling them to communicate effectively with pet owners and the rest of the veterinary team.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and managing their pet care needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, services rendered, and pet health information.
- Work closely with the rest of the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication regarding pet care and treatment plans.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the facility, adhering to all safety protocols.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Understanding of veterinary terminology for effective communication with staff and clients.
- Knowledge of electronic practice management software and record keeping.
- Experience working in a veterinary practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
