- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and files, including clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes.
- Provide general support to other departments as required, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
