Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller located in Greater Cleveland. The Controller, who will report to the CFO, will oversee accounting functions, prepare reports, handle payroll and benefits processing, manage budgets, and oversee a small staff who handles AR and AP functions.

Qualifications

• Financial Reporting, payroll processing, benefits administration, analysis skills with prior experience as an accounting manager or controller
• Proficiency with financial software (NetSuite a plus), Microsoft Excel, and working with third party payroll processing vendors
• Experience processing sales tax returns a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience handling inventory management a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or several years of experience in accounting management.
