Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Guide teams in the implementation of Scrum methodologies to enhance productivity and product lifecycle management.
- Team Coordination: Support team rules, coordinate progress toward goals, and lead regular Agile sessions, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and user demonstrations.
- Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Promote Agile Quality Practices: Encourage the team to adopt Agile best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
- Foster Collaboration: Build a high-performing, collaborative team environment that values transparency, innovation, and trust.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback, promote incremental changes, and offer recommendations for process improvement to drive team growth and product success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other teams, support level of effort and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimation activities, and advise stakeholders on process enhancements.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track team progress and provide insights and metrics to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of working experience, including hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Scrum or Agile practices, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Familiarity with government or enterprise-level Agile transformations.
- Experience advising or working with government personnel to drive process improvements.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management principles.
