Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members
- Oversee patient care plans and monitor their implementation
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care quality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in medical-surgical, long-term care, or pediatric settings
- Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to perform procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, suturing
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus
- Strong supervisory and case management skills

Pay: $32.00 - $53.00 per hour
