MTM is seeking a business-minded, motivatedIT Specialist to join the team at our 240,000 sq ft semi dump trailer manufacturing facility located in Kewanee, IL. In this role you will provide on site technical assistance to computer system users by answering questions or resolving computer problems for employees.
Responsibilities
- Information systems administration
- Produce concise yet thorough reports within IT and for other teams as needed
- Systems integration
- IT network administration
- Workstation setup and support
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Install software or perform hardware testing
- Provide effective, strategic advice on the use of technology to achieve shared goals
- Special projects-opportunity to interface with all departments
Qualifications
