MTN View Chevrolet is hiring a BDC Sales Agent! Please only experienced call center agents apply. This is not an entry level position.
This position is a Sales Customer Service position as an Internet Sales Representative within our Business Development Center at our dealership!
Do you have the talent we are searching for to join our family owned dealership? You will be the voice of our auto group. This department handles all incoming sales leads both Internet form and incoming calls. The BDC sales agent sets appointments for our sales division and makes the first call out to any new website lead while tracking follow-up tasks in our CRM software.
Top hourly pay is available but only for top performing agents! Hourly wage range for agents with experience is pending skill set and experience. Upon completion of the training period, your pay will be reevaluated based on your comprehensive learning and knowledge absorption. If you know our CRM and VIN Solutions - you have a step in! Experienced in this role at a dealership is required.

Responsibilities
- Setting sales appointments and working follow up tasks for a set goal of leads per month.
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Handle all incoming online email leads phone leads in a timely manner. Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Qualifications
- Experienced with CRM would also be highly valuable and preferred.
- People person - our agents are on the phone all day every day, you must enjoy working with the public (customer service skills is a must!)
- Details details details - To some extent you are self managed, if you make the same mistakes over and over after counseling you won't succeed in this job.
- Work well in a team atmosphere with other professionals - You will be located among managers, sales people, other agents, so you will need to have great communication skills not only for your customers, but also colleagues.
- Being on time and avoiding absenteeism is critical to your success - We adhere to strict attendance policies.
