Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role involves working specifically our Greenville location. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Oversee efficient and accurate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring team adherence to standards.
• Manage phone communications, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and supervise the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Oversee payment processing and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the billing team to ensure seamless communication and efficient financial processes.
• Attend daily administrative meetings and weekly staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to clinic-wide initiatives.
• Keep track of office supplies and reorder as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment. Coordinate building maintenance and communicate with cleaning companies for a clean and safe facility.

Experience:

- 1 year of previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Ability to transcribe messages accurately

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar office software

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Experience in office management or administrative support is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
