Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to implement and manage BI platforms for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Power BI, Looker, and Amazon Quicksight while also managing platform security, automation, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement and manage BI platforms including Power BI, Looker, and Amazon Quicksight.
Design and deliver complex platform architectures ensuring scalability and security.
Develop and manage security configurations using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Ping Federate.
Configure OAuth, SAML for SSO implementation.
Automate administrative functions using Python, Shell Scripting, and PowerShell.
Integrate BI platforms with Git repositories for code commits.
Define and implement SDLC CI / CD processes using Jenkins.
Administer Power BI Premium Service, Looker Setup, and Power BI Gateways.
Optimize Power BI capacities for performance management and troubleshooting.
Build CI / CD pipelines for Power BI datasets and reports using Power BI REST APIs.
Train self-service BI users and promote best practices for data management.
Support production environments and provide on-call troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure successful connectivity for BI tools by understanding dependencies such as network, firewall, and proxy settings.
Provide leadership in platform governance and resiliency.
Required Qualifications :
10 years of experience in BI platform administration.
Expertise in Power BI, Looker, Amazon Quicksight.
Strong knowledge of platform security, IAM, SAML, OAuth, and AD configurations.
Hands-on experience with Python, Shell, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server databases.
Ability to integrate Power BI with Splunk, Collibra, and ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
