Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Marine Electronics Technician to join our team, responsible for the testing and repair of various marine equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marine systems and the ability to work with precision tools and instruments.
Duties
- Responsible for bench testing of marine electronics products.
- Organize and sort incoming inventory in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and repair marine equipment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Provide customer support via phone and email during business hours.
- Clean, photograph and list tested equipment to MME website and eBay store.
- Create accurate, dynamic, and thoughtful product descriptions in accordance with MME and eBay site regulations.
- Operate various lift trucks and material handling equipment as necessary to complete job requirements.
Experience
- Experience with low voltage is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Experience building and terminating various network and video cables.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
