Manager, Logistics and Business Analytics - MLS

Job Summary
MTU Maintenance Dallas Inc., a leading aircraft maintenance and repair company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Logistics and Business Analytics (MLBA) for its Customer Account department; the MLBA will report to the Director Customer Accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful support of Key Account Shop Visits as well as the continuous material support for MRO and Test Cell of the company and supporting management in achieving corporate objectives.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, and analysis of material consumption reports
• Identification and preparation of material consumption forecasts for potential consignment stock support
• Collaborating in the development and implementation of consignment stock for all MRO programs at MTU Dallas
• MLS Warehouse processes development of material flow into MRO site and Test Cell at MTUD and MTUC (consignment stock, vendor management including MRO repairs)
• Support of process improvements around the MLS Warehouse (EDI, SAP, Quality, Training) and Point of Contact for external service providers (e.g. local WH Service Provider)Managing Piece Part Sales activities in the US region, incl. order bookings in SAP
• Analysis and prognosis of PP demands in the US
• Key Account SV management support for End of Lease Start of Lease
• Working with internal departments and external partners to achieve corporate objectives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline(s).
• Demonstrated and documented knowledge of business analytics, civil aviation engine lease business and customer account management
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, furthermore ERP systems such as SAP or Quantum and common data analysis software programs
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,350.00 - $1,650.00 per week
