The Operations Support is an entry level position. The Operations Support, with supervision and mentorship will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of the order process from point of order placement through to final customer payment. The work performed follows pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction standard procedures and is routine in nature.
We are looking for proactive, confident individuals that are focused on problem solving and building process. The foundation of success is rooted in that, and the expected resulting success will be challenging their skillset and expanding their impact to other areas via stretch assignments.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced position. It requires developed skills in the areas of attention to detail, problem-solving and customer service. This role demonstrates a commitment to customer experience as they identify and remove roadblocks that may occur throughout the automated order processes.
Role may include order planning, exception management, inventory management, payment resolution, and ongoing process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies.
Written and verbal communication skills will be critical for success as they convey information that requires little interpretation to team members, customers, suppliers, and supplier's partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends - On average have one week per month where you may be asked to monitor emails in the evenings and work a few hours Saturday and or Sunday.
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Developed Customer Service and problem-solving skills
Process-oriented; assist in opportunities for improvement in existing processes
Strong customer orientation skills, commitment to customer service excellence
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn to explain facts, policies and practices related to job area
Strong attention to detail
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Participate to resolve issues in a timely manner
