Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition :
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries, needs, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and qualification.
- Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present and demonstrate the value of MTX services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Account Planning and Strategy :
- Develop account plans and strategies for each client to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments.
- Provide input on services based on client feedback and needs.
- Market Analysis and Client Feedback :
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams for strategic planning.
- Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and support requests using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activities, and revenue projections.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of client accounts, including contracts, communication records, and account plans.
- Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.
