Salary Range: $16.68 to $26.31 per hour based on experience

- Manage numerous and complex schedules and templates for service requested.
- Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users to effectively implement requested changes and concerns.
- Above average problem-solving and communication skills, function as a self-starter with initiative to pay attention to detail, and demonstrates follow through on issues.
- Participate in committees to share recommendations on best practices.
- Consult and collaborate with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, appropriate access, and determine support needs.
- Manage, plan, and implement special projects as assigned.
- May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
- Three (3) years of scheduling, clerical, office, or healthcare related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Scheduling experience in a hospital or clinic environment is highly preferred.
- Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
